Domaine de Ladoucette

The Domaine de Ladoucette is truly impressive, and not just because of its fine vintages. Besides the fact that the top cuvée Baron L is regarded by connoisseurs as one of the best Sauvignon Blancs (it is only produced in particularly good years), visitors are also captivated by the fairytale-like Château Nozet, a Loire castle. In the 19th Built in the 16th century in the Renaissance style, today it is surrounded by around 1000 hectares of the best vineyards. Since the end of the 18th century, the vibrant vineyards have been owned by the Comte Lafond family. In 1972, Baron Patrick De Ladoucette, a Lafond descendant, assumed responsibility for the renowned French winery.
