Tips & Tricks
How to keep opened bottles fresh for longer
It happens to the best of us: the night has come to an end and the bottle is still half full. There are two steps to take when this happens. Firstly: Pop a cork in it. This protects the wine from being oxidised – or, more colloquially, from going bad – by the air around it. And secondly: stick it in the fridge, regardless of whether it is red or white, as leftover wine lasts considerably longer when kept cold. Just bring red wine back up to serving temperature before enjoying.
