What gift certificates are available?

  • Pre-printed gift certificates of CHF 20.00, CHF 50.00, and CHF 100.00 are available. These can be redeemed in all Bindella Ristoranti, in the online shop, and in our Vinotecas in Zurich, Bern, and Ticino. The gift certificates are delivered within a few days by registered post. Pre-printed gift certificates that are only valid at Ristorante Ornellaia are also available. Choose your desired gift certificate here.

    If the total amount of the gift certificate is not reached upon payment with the gift certificate, the remaining balance of the gift certificate will expire. More information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

    Print@home gift certificates are currently not available.

How can I log into the online shop?

  • If you have not created a new profile in our online shop yet, we recommend your new registration. Your profile provides many benefits, such as managing your addresses, selecting the desired newsletter, an order summary, as well as other advantageous features.

What are the terms of delivery?

  • Quantities up to and including 30 bottles are generally sent by post or VinoLog (Swiss Post). Shipping usually takes three to five business days. VinoLog shipments must be signed for upon delivery.

    Deliveries of orders under CHF 250.00 are subject to flat-rate transport costs of CHF 15.00; orders of greater amounts are delivered free of charge. More details can be found here.

My wine has been corked. What now?

  • Please contact us in writing at wein@bindella.ch or by phone at 044 276 62 60 so that we can review your concern. Refunds are not provided for wines older than nine years (based on vintage) and for all Bordeaux wines.

    In addition, vintages older than nine years and all Bordeaux wines are sold as «buyer’s risk». The risk of possible corking is borne by the buyer.

How long until the invoice must be paid?

  • For payment upon receipt of an invoice, we ask that you pay by the deadline noted on the invoice.
