Terms of Delivery

We are pleased that our wines and products are to your liking. Of course, we will deliver them as quickly as possible and in the manner you choose.

• We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
• We will deliver to the invoice recipient or to the address you choose.
• We deliver by post or Vinolog (up to 30 bottles) or lorry, depending on the quantity ordered.
• The delivery fees are as follows:
  Deliveries starting at CHF 250.00: free of charge
  Deliveries under CHF 250.00: flat rate of CHF 15.00
• For destinations that require additional costs (car-free areas, connection via fee-paying mountain railways, etc.), these additional costs will be passed on.
• If you would like express delivery, no problem! You only pay for the actual costs incurred.
• Benefit from a 3% discount when you pick up your order at our Vinoteca in Zurich.

• Occasionally, our stock is less than the quantity you require. In this case, we will deliver your order in two parts. If the ordered wines and products are entirely out of stock, you can cancel your order.
• For wines and other products of very limited availability, we reserve the right to adjust the desired quantity in consultation with you.
• Please understand that we are unable to deliver in the event of strikes and other forms of industrial action, riots, war, and natural catastrophes (also known as «force majeure») and when deliveries are suspended by the producer or upstream supplier. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by suppliers or third parties.
• Our services are deemed to be a debt to be discharged and shall be deemed to have been fulfilled upon delivery to the carrier. After dispatch, the risk of accidental damage and accidental loss of the goods shall pass to the customer. We are not liable for the fault of the transport company used.
