«New on our menu: vegan strips with truffle and porcini sauce and mashed potatoes. The plant-based strips come from Brewbee and are based on barley malt; while for the sauce, we use almond milk. I recommend the legendary Barbera cru Bricco dell’Uccellone from the Bologna family of winemakers. I love this wine for its elegance, smoothness and body. Roasted aromas and peppery notes can be found in both wine and food – and truffles and Piedmont are always a perfect match!»
