Crystal clear pale yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and lingering, fine, floral and fruity, with notes of orange blossom, cedar, green melon, pineapple, grapefruit and hints of sage and musk. On the palate it is dry, fresh, fruity, slightly warming, full and lingering. Pleasant, mineral structure. Good length on the finish, balanced and juicy.

Details
The vines for the Sogno grow on clay-limestone soils. It is fermented partly in lightly roasted barriques and is allowed to mature in bottles for ten months before going on sale. Lots of mellowness and aromatic persistence, with underlying acidity.
Recommendations
Perfect with pesto pasta dishes.
Vinification
Made from selected grapes from the eponymous vineyards. After destemming, the grapes are fermented for 48 hours. followed by a gentle pressing. The must is partly fermented in stainless steel at 18 to 20°C and partly in small oak barrels. Before hitting the shelves, the young wine rests in the bottle for at least eight months.
