The name Saignée stands for the run-off juice from the best Pinot noir mash, which lends this wine its wonderful, salmon-pink colour. This full-bodied, multifaceted rosé can be combined with many different foods. It is a particularly sophisticated choice to drink with cheese.

Vinification
The Saignée is made from the pure juice extract from the Pinot noir mash. Only the best grapes are used here. The must, which is already substantial, gains additional complexity by being matured on the fine lees in barrique.
