Deep ruby red. Intense, multi-layered bouquet with notes of forest berries and herbs, underpinned by aromas of dark chocolate, damson compote and pipe tobacco. Silky, sweetish initial sensation with plenty of mellowness, weighty body and a lot of concentration. A top Cuvée that proves how well Cabernet Sauvignon can flourish in Puglia.

Details
In this top Cuvée, the indigenous Negroamaro blends perfectly with the incomer Cabernet Sauvignon. Appetising berry and herb nose, sweetish notes on the palate; a concentrated wine with plenty of body and mellowness.

Enjoy this synergy of power and juiciness with a nice mixed grill.
Vinification
After strict selection in the vineyard, only the best grapes are pressed. The careful crushing of the grapes is followed by maceration in stainless steel tanks and an 18-month maturation period in French barriques. The young wine then rests for six months in the bottle.
