Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru Montrachet vineyard are picked by hand and rigorously sorted. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation of the must takes place in wooden barrels on the lees. Further ageing is carried out in pièces (228-litre barrels) over a period of 17 months.
