The Negroamaro grape variety proves to be dense, substantial and velvety on the palate. The barrique notes are wonderfully integrated in the fruit aromas. The long finish lingers with spirited endurance.

Details
The top wine of the Azienda, matured for twelve months in wood and twelve months in the bottle. Bewitching notes of cassis and elderberry, dark chocolate and spices. Dense, substantial and velvety soft on the palate. The barrique notes are perfectly integrated.
Recommendations
Pairs beautifully with a pink roasted saddle of lamb served with rosemary potatoes and green beans with bacon.
Vinification
Only the locations planted with the best autochthonous Negroamaro grape variety are used for the top wine of the Azienda. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then aged for twelve months in 225l French and Hungarian oak barriques and a further twelve months in the bottle.
