Dense, intense ruby red. Rich on the nose and superbly fragrant. Dark berry fruit, warm spices, a little dried fruit and elegant roasted notes. Compact and multi-layered on the palate. With finely honed tannins and delicate acidity. Aromas of noble wood, dried fruits and ripe, dark fruits. Long, aromatic finish. A wine that combines body, power and elegance in fine style.

Details
A classic Barolo with finely honed tannins and delicate acidity. Combines body, power and elegance. It was allowed to mature for two years in medium-sized wooden barrels and barriques.

Enjoy this elegant and sensuous Barolo with brasato di manzo or a ripe soft cheese.
Vinification
The Nebbiolo grapes are carefully pressed after harvest then fermented on the mash before the young wine is left to mature for two years in medium-sized wooden barrels and in barriques. A further year of bottle-ageing helps to refine the wine.
