Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights; enticingly fragrant on the nose, with a hint of exotics, citrus fruits and smoky notes. On the palate it is very nicely balanced, with a fresh and juicy acidity. Delicious exotic flavours, grapefruit and roasted notes. A long and multi-layered finish.

Pairs well with salt- or fresh-water fish dishes, grilled or poached, also asparagus, white meats and poultry.
Vinification
Only four of the 115 hectares at Château Langrange are planted with the three white grape varieties. The grapes are harvested by hand and strictly selected. Fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then aged for 20 months in French barriques, 80% of which are new.
