Vinification
Silvio Denz runs this winery with personal guidance from Stephan Graf von Neipperg and Michel Rolland. After hand picking and selection, the grapes are vinified in wooden barrels. The subsequent maturation lasts for 18 months and is done in 100% new French barriques.
