This wine rests in the bottle for a full 30 months before it goes on sale. Floral flavours are accompanied by aromas of white fruit flesh. Wonderfully refreshing, with delicate perlage!

Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes were gently pressed. The must obtained from the first pressing underwent a primary alcoholic fermentation, taking place in stainless steel tanks and to a small extent also in barriques. In the spring of the following year, the wine began its second fermentation in the bottle and remained in contact with the yeasts for 48 months.
