Details
Thirty-six months of maturation on the lees make this spumante uniquely complex: hints of vineyard peach, apple and toasted bread. Fresh and crisp on the palate, with harmonious fruit. A brut full of character.

Serve with fish and shellfish starters or white poultry.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation of the must takes place in stainless steel tanks. The base wines are then blended together and bottled. This is where the second fermentation occurs, in accordance with the classic method, as the wine sits on its lees for 36 months.
