The Cuvée Aurora is an ambassador of Alta Langa sparkling wines, which have been produced since 1860. It showcases the potential for high-quality sparkling wines from Piedmont.

Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood.
Vinification
Assemblage of 70% Pinot nero and 30% Chardonnay. This sparkling wine is fermented in the bottle in the traditional way then rests for 30 months on the lees.
