Vinification
The average age of the vines at Château d’Aiguilhe is 28 years. The grapes are always picked exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then aged for 15 to 20 months in up to 80% new French barriques.
