Sparkling light pink; multi-layered fruit notes on the nose; fine berry aromas combined with fresh citrus nuances. Balanced and delicate on the palate; slightly stronger structure for a rosé but still beautifully soft and creamy, and pleasantly sparkling on the palate. The finale is not too dry – very good balance.

An elegant accompaniment to grilled shellfish or mussels, or as an aperitif with exotic finger food.
Vinification
After the normal fermentation of the individual grape musts in stainless steel tanks and the subsequent assemblage, bottle fermentation takes place on the lees. The bottles are stood on their heads and are regularly riddled. After «disgorging» and a further, short period of bottle ageing, the Champagne is ready to go on sale.
