Tasting notes
Dark, very dense ruby colour. Lush fruit notes of dark berries and ripe plums on the nose, accompanied by delicate, fresh wood nuances and warm spices. Strong on the palate, with intense flavours. Juicy texture, silky tannins and again lots of dark fruit. Good length and aromatic persistence. A wonderful wine from the Ribera del Duero at a sensational price!

Details
The name and label of this wine are reminiscent of the starry sky that seems close enough to touch on clear nights on the high plateau of the Ribera del Duero. A full-bodied, berry-flavoured wine at a sensational price.
Recommendations
Pairs wonderfully with lamb or pata negra ham.
Vinification
The Tempranillo grapes are picked by hand – very selectively – and processed immediately. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks is followed by ageing for twelve months in French and American barriques. The wine then matures in the bottle for a further six months.
