Details
The grapes for this aromatic white wine are harvested early so that they keep their freshness and minerality. On the nose it shows ripe citrus fruits, herbal nuances and a hint of the exotic, while on the palate there is plenty of power and body with an aromatic finale.

A white wine that goes beautifully with grilled dishes, whether that’s fish and shellfish, vegetables or even meat.
Vinification
Some of the Grillo grape variety, a cross between Moscato and Cataratto, is harvested very early by the Regaleali winery to preserve its freshness and minerality, while another tranche is picked later in the autumn to bring structure and body. These two batches are fermented separately at 16°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After blending they continue to age for four months - again in stainless steel tanks - before the young wine is bottled.
