On the red soils of Fragagnano, this full-bodied Primitivo di Manduria thrives at the beautiful Tenuta Carrubo. This wine represents the completion of Tomaresca’s Primitivo portfolio. Powerful aromas and a deep concentration are the hallmarks of this top wine.
Recommendations
Excellent with beef, lamb and game. Equally enjoyable served with a wedge of blue cheese.
Vinification
After a light maceration on the skins, this wine matures for 18 months in the cellar then a further 18 months in the bottle.
