An intense, almost black, purplish red colour with violet hues. Extremely dense on the nose, almost explosive. Dark, ripe fruits, jam, lavishly fragrant, violets, cassis, black pepper, mocha and delicate wood notes. Multi-layered on the palate, dark fruits, blackberries, sophisticated wood notes, cassis, cherries and vanilla. The tannins are very delicate and silky. A very long and harmonious finish.

This elegant red resembles a great Bordeaux: an intense, lavish aroma with notes of violet, cassis, black pepper and wood. Complex and delicate on the palate, with silky tannins and a long finish.
Recommendations
A great companion to a grilled sirloin steak or fillet of beef.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. After alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 12 days, the new wine is aged in French barriques for 18 months. The wine is then bottled. After that, the wine rests for at least another eight months before it goes on sale.
