Deep ruby with violet reflections. Intense and open on the nose with wonderful fruit and spice. Dark berries, reminiscent of sweet cassis. Blackberry jam, mint, warm spices. Soft and firm on the palate. The tannins are of a good, ripe quality. Solid aromas and skilfully structured. The finish is long and accompanied by plenty of ripe, dark fruit.

The rich bouquet of this vibrant assemblage is dominated by hints of wild berries, raspberries and strawberries, beautifully complemented by spicy wood notes and white pepper. Fruity on the palate with echoes of chocolate. Matured for one year in barrique.
Recommendations
It always goes beautifully with tender cuts of beef or lamb, roasted or grilled - however you like it!
Vinification
The grapes are pre-selected at harvest. Both maceration and fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The young wine then remains in these tanks until the end of the year, when the malolactic fermentation is complete. Only then is it drawn into small oak barrels, where it matures for a further nine months.
