Details
A classic Valpolicella, matured for up to 18 months in large oak barrels and then refined for a further three months in the bottle. Dark berry, spicy bouquet, full-bodied on the palate, wonderfully fruity and fresh.

An uncomplicated, quaffable red wine that goes perfectly with cold dishes, pasta and barbecues.
Vinification
After the harvest, the grapes are fermented in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. The young wine then matures for 12 to 18 months in large oak barrels and for a further three months in the bottle.
