A complex structure on the palate, with polished, juicy tannins, ripe strawberries, sophisticated roasted flavours and plenty of mellowness. Long finish with a lovely balance.

Vinification
After harvest and rigorous selection by hand, the Pinot noir grapes are gently pressed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in large wooden vats. The young wine then matures for 24 months in 228-litre barrels called pièces.
