An entry-level Barbera as it should be: open, finely spiced berry aromas, fresh, fruity and easily accessible on the palate. A lovely interplay between tannins and acidity. The wine matures for ten months in large oak barrels.

Tailor-made for pasta or bollito misto.
Vinification
The Barbera grapes are pressed immediately after picking. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks. The young wine then matures for ten months in large 100hl oak barrels before resting for a further four months in the bottle.
