Ten months in barrique allow this Cabernet blend to ripen to an elegant, well structured, concentrated wine that will continue to mature supremely well.

Vinification
The grape varieties are harvested separately, briefly macerated and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 12 to 14 days. Fermentation is done in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This is followed by ten months’ ageing in 225- and 350-litre French oak barriques.
