Light golden yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. Lots of citrus fruit on the nose, understated roasted notes, hazelnut, some brioche. Delicate, juicy and with a good, silky fullness on the palate. A very pleasant mousse. Good length on the finish, leaves one wanting more.

Created in 1990 for the friends of Conte Giuseppe, this Spumante Brut is produced using the classic method of bottle fermentation and remains on the lees for 24 months. A Sicilian Millésimé made from Chardonnay grapes. Fine long-lasting perlage, delicately creamy on the palate

Vinification
This sophisticated, bottle-fermented sparkling wine from Sicily is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the highest vineyards of the Regaleali estate. The wine is matured for 24 months in the bottle in accordance with the «metodo classico», the traditional bottle fermentation on the lees, then disgorged in the spring and given the brut dosage again. The sparkling wine then rests in the bottle for a further six months before being released for sale.
