Vinification
Silvio Denz runs this winery with personal guidance from Graf Compte de Neipperg and Michel Rolland. After hand picking and selection, the grapes are vinified in wooden barrels. The subsequent maturation lasts for 14 months and is done half in new and half in used French barriques.
