Pure joie de vivre: this sparkling, straw yellow Moscato captivates with its fine perlage and lovely aromatic notes of muscatel grapes, orange blossom and roses. Wonderfully fresh on the palate and with the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.
Recommendations
Back in fashion: as an aperitif! Also pairs well with panettone or torta di nocciole.
Vinification
After the harvest, the grapes are pressed and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The fermentation processes is left incomplete in order to retain the correct amount of residual sugars. The Moscato is bottled under pressure. This is done in batches to keep the integrity of the freshness and aromas. The wine is then refined for a few more weeks in the bottle.
