A wonderful, elegant Brunello with aromas of cornelian cherries and redcurrants. Juicy tannins and great structure on the palate. This is accompanied by aromas of cloves, tobacco and cedar wood. The wine closes with a long finish.

Details
A new star in Banfi’s Brunello firmament: the single-vineyard Vigna Marrucheto. A total of 12,933 bottles were produced and we were able to secure a few of them for Switzerland.
Recommendations
Just sit back, relax and meditate. The wine also pairs well with a fine lamb gigot or roast.
Vinification
Sangiovese from the single vineyard Vigna Marrucheto, which is fermented in steel and wooden barrels. The wine then matures for 30 months in 60-90hl French oak barrels.
