Vinification
The Glera grapes are gently pressed straight after picking. The ensuing fermentation of the must takes place in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation is done in large pressure tanks known as autoclaves. These keep the wine under pressure throughout the whole fermentation process. By using this method, the wine develops fine bubbles as well as crisp, floral and fruity aromas.
