Vinification
The grapes for this wine come from vineyards in Ruffoli, in the Grave district. They are harvested in the first half of October. The wine is fermented then matured for ten months in classic concrete containers. Before the wine is released for sale, it ages for a further three months in the bottle in the winery’s cellar.
