Golden yellow colour. Highly aromatic, smells of spices, croissants and pastries, oranges and candied fruits. Warm, velvety and long-lasting. The aromatic notes are confirmed in the mouth, with additional fruity notes such as apricot, vanilla and bitter almonds joining in.

Vinification
Fermentation in the absence of air in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It is then distilled straight away to prevent the occurrence of harmful secondary fermentation. Intermittently according to ancient family tradition in exclusive steam stills modernised by Benito Nonino. The distillation, managed 100% by hand, happens very slowly so that the volatile substances that provide the aromas can properly vaporise and then condense. This method retains the organoleptic properties of the grape varieties used. Maturation: composition of Grappa, which is stored for 5 to 20 years in Limousin, Nevers, former sherry and Grésigne oak barrels then bottled with no added colourants.
