Brane Cantenac is one of the old houses of Bordeaux, still family-owned. The centrepiece consists of a 30-hectare gravelly hilltop, which is ideally suited to Cabernet Sauvignon.
Recommendations
Pairs perfectly with a fine cut of beef.
Vinification
Assemblage of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. The maturation is for 18 months in French oak barrels, 70% of which are new barrels.
