Rich, glowing pink. Pink grapefruit, ripe peach and red berries on the nose. Seductively fruity. Fresh and juicy on the palate. Citrus aromas once more, and some piquancy as well. Exceptionally well balanced acidity. Good finish with lovely aromatic persistence.

Details
A juicy summer rosé, wonderfully fresh and fruity! Made from Negroamaro, it has aromas of pink grapefruit, ripe peach and red berries. On the palate it shines with a piquant note and perfectly balanced acidity.
Recommendations
THE rosé of the moment for the terrace, barbecues in general and starters such as mozzarella sticks or bruschette.
Vinification
The selected grapes are picked by hand, destemmed and gently pressed. The grape must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C. This relatively cool fermenting temperature helps the wine develop fresh primary aromas. The young wine matures for a short time in stainless steel tanks then for four months in the bottle before being released for sale.
