Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with golden highlights. On the nose dazzling aromas of grapefruit, gooseberries and freshly mown grass. These are complemented by Thai basil, white peach, lemon zest and lemongrass. Intensely fruity on the palate with typical Sauvignon blanc characteristics, very fresh, almost mineral in style and wonderfully complex.
