Tasting notes
Dense ruby red with a generous core. A compact and concentrated nose, with notes of ripe cassis, blackberries, liquorice, chimney smoke and sweet spices. The wine is powerful and structured on the palate, with juicy but prominent tannins. Concentrated, harmonious power. Black berries and plenty of spice. A multi-faceted, long finish, wonderfully accompanied by roasted flavours.
