Tasting notes
Light straw yellow with a hint of greenish reflections. The bouquet is multi-faceted. With classic notes of flint and a little salt. Fresh almonds, cedar and wild herbs appear with an elegant and extremely pungent olfactory profile. Agile and mineral on the palate, accompanied by a surprising freshness that gives it finesse and makes it an easy-drinking wine.
