Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections. Spicy and fruity on the nose: Notes of ripe, yellow apples, white peach, pineapple and pink grapefruit. Wonderfully fresh and juicy on the palate. Full, almost creamy texture, which balances out the acidity perfectly. The aromas of the nose are reflected in the flavours. A wonderfully spicy companion to food with a beautiful length.
