Tasting notes
Rich yellow with golden highlights. The perlage is very fine and long-lasting. An intensive and complex bouquet on the nose of significant minerality, enriched by exotic nuances. White chocolate, hazelnuts, balsamic aromas with traces of warm spices, beeswax and honey. Sumptuous and creamy on the palate with a velvety body. Over ten years of ageing on the lees contribute to a finale of great complexity, which is also impressive for its elegance and freshness.
