Powerful ruby. Concentrated, multi-layered nose. Aromas of ripe blackcurrants, blackberry jam and blueberries. The fruitiness of the densely woven and complex aromatics is supported by a rich portion of roasted aromas: coffee, new wood, a little tobacco and nuances of eucalyptus and black chocolate. Powerful and robust on the palate. Pithy tannins, the juicy Cabernet acidity and a hugely mellow texture lend this wine great character. Long, aromatic finish.
