I have been living in Switzerland for many years – in fact, longer than I lived in my hometown of Padua. And yet every day I still feel close to my roots. At Teatro, I am passionate about sharing the essence of Italian culture and cuisine with my guests. Our ristorante is a stage where the flavours, the zest for life and the warmth of the Bel Paese really come to life.

It’s my ambition to form the team into a family, one where everyone is prepared to give 101 per cent for the satisfaction of the guests. Like me. Bindella supports me in this, because here everyone has the opportunity to grow and advance within the company. And anyone who dreams about romantic Roman or traditional Tuscan cuisine has come to the right place! I’m a Lazio boy, and I spent five years in Florence learning how to cook Florentine specialities. What can I get you? Vitello tonnato, or spaghetti aglio, olio, pecorino e gamberoni?
