I have been part of the «famiglia» since 2007 and have already worked in various Bindella Ristoranti. Now I have the honour to welcome you to Santa Lucia Schaffhausen as its managing director. People in the historic town of Schaffhausen know each other personally, which I really like. I look forward to seeing you here – you are very welcome!

I have always tended towards the south. First in the culinary sense: after completing a degree at business school in Germany, I immediately began studying to become a chef. And since 2009, working for Bindella, I have been dedicated to the regional specialities of Tuscany. A year after that, I also moved house and headed a bit further south, namely to Switzerland. As chef de cuisine, I really take versatility to heart; our employees should be able to do it all: cold or hot, pizza, pasta – everyone should have experience of them all.
