I have remained loyal to the Bindella company for more than 20 years! That says a lot about how passionate I am when it comes to pampering our guests with culinary specialities. It is partly a passion and partly a calling – which is why a change of career is out of the question for me. Among other places, I learned this profession in my home country of Turkey, at Akdeniz University in Antalya, where I studied Hospitality. And the career path that led me here shows that I know what I’m doing: in Switzerland I have worked my way up from server to managing director.

Our kitchen is so clean a surgeon could operate in there! And our dishes: simple and healthy – Italian cuisine just the way I like it. Fresh and genuine ingredients, prepared in just a few steps. As a Macedonian, I had to learn this from the ground up, but I have plenty of practice now after 15 years at Bindella. What I find impressive about my employer is the respectful way people are treated and the way that every employee has the possibility to climb the professional ladder here. Each and every one.
