When I moved from Puglia to Switzerland in 2010, I brought a suitcase full of recipes with me. They reflect the rich culinary tradition of my homeland. These are specialities that tell a story of the sea and are rooted in the region’s fertile soil. When I cook, I am inspired by the flavours of my childhood, of the «poor people’s cuisine» that my nonna used to treat us to. Simple – yet superb.
