Als gelernter Buchbinder aus Basel mit englischen Wurzeln führte mich mein Weg in die Hotellerie und an die Hotelfachschule in Sydney. Seit vielen Jahren bin ich Teil von Bindella. Vom terrasse in Zürich über die Eröffnung des Più Schiffbau bis zum National durfte ich verschiedene Stationen prägen und führe nach einer Pause nun die Cantinetta Bindella in Winterthur mit grossem Stolz.
Mir ist wichtig, dass sich alle Gäste bei mir wohlfühlen – wie im eigenen Wohnzimmer.

As a native of Winterthur, I am proud to say that I have been working in the kitchen at Cantinetta Bindella for 27 years. I love Italian cuisine because it’s good without being complicated: we use high-quality ingredients to create simple and enjoyable dishes. Most of all, I love our house-made pasta, which we prepare fresh every day.
