Tasting notes
A great spumante made from Pinot noir grapes. During fermentation, the grapes remain in contact with the must for a short time. This gives the spumante its wonderful colour. Fresh fruit aromas on the nose, red berries, some orange, lots of freshness. Elegant and delicate on the palate. With delicate acidity, again red berry, very pleasant and soft.
