Tasting notes
A straw-yellow colour with bright green hues, it features an intense bouquetwith a seductive tropical aroma and classic nuances of Mediterranean shrubs, medicinal herbs and berries.
On the palate, it is warm, with notes of ripe fruit that combine with an effusive, salty quality.
The long aftertaste exhibits mineral notes and is extremely fresh and flavourful.
