Straw yellow with golden highlights. Seductively fragrant on the nose: ripe stone fruit, peach, honeydew melon, some blossom honey and a hint of vanilla and roasted flavours. With a sophisticated yet creamy prelude on the palate, elegant acidity, aromatically fresh, citrus and roasted notes as well as ripe stone fruit. A long, very well-balanced finish. A very successful «little brother» of the Cervaro della Sala, which boasts freshness and finesse.
